Overview:
Damian Bierman, President and Director of Field Operations, has over 16 years of experience in sales, business management and development. Prior to starting Twin Bros. Paving & Concrete, Damian held a sales consultant position in the construction field and was a top producer for his former company.  Currently, he is responsible for setting the overall direction for Twin Bros. Paving & Concrete as well as assisting in sales, marketing, and operational initiatives.  

Among his accomplishments, Damian played professional golf and was a member of the PGA of America, he has also been involved in teaching golf to handicapped and under privileged kids for many years.  In his spare time, Damian enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids and his hobbies include playing basketball, volleyball, working out and playing golf.

Overview:
Brent Bierman, Vice President & Co-Owner, attended Concordia University until 1996.  During his years at Concordia he lettered in collegiate football and track & field.  Immediately out of college, Brent began his career in the business field where he excelled in sales and financing.  Prior to starting up Twin Bros. Paving & Concrete he was employed at Prudential Spengel Realty, where he learned all aspects of the Real Estate Market including financing, negotiations and property sales.

 
Currently, Brent is responsible for managing business development, various financial duties and executing strategic initiatives for Twin Bros. Paving & Concrete.  Brent enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids and his hobbies include playing golfing, working out and barbecuing with friends.

Overview:
Roger Bierman, Sales Consultant, has over 40 years in business management expertise.  He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1970 with a B.A. in Business and Accounting.  Roger is a retired USMC Veteran.  Prior to joining Twin Bros. Paving & Concrete, he served as Director of Franchising for Fiducial Inc. which is a premier financial and accounting firm Worldwide. 

Roger’s responsibilities include training of new sales personnel, establishing new clients, maintaining client satisfaction, marketing and promotions.  In his spare time, Roger enjoys spending time with his nine grandchildren.  His hobbies include playing golfing, fishing, attending sporting events, home improvements, gardening, exercising and traveling.
